This is from the tour called "The secret Kilns" in Japan.
Why secret?
It's secret because the Japanese kidnapped a bunch of Korean ceramacists and kept them as prisoners, extracting this technology (of fine ceramic wares) from them. If you scroll down you can see the massive graveyard where they were buried.
